目的：观察分析中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合症不孕的临床效果。方法从多囊卵巢综合症的患者中随机抽取40例，分为对照组和观察组两组，每组20例。对照组患者予以基础的对症治疗，并口服达英-35和氯米芬；观察组患者在对照组的基础上加自拟中药方剂治疗，连续服用3个疗程直至妊娠。结果经治疗后，两组的激素水平LH、LH/FSH、T值均出现明显降低（P＜0.05）。结论采用中西医联合治疗排卵率高，增加妊娠几率，满足了患者及家属的生育需求。
목적：관찰분석중서의결합치료다낭란소종합증불잉적림상효과。방법종다낭란소종합증적환자중수궤추취40례，분위대조조화관찰조량조，매조20례。대조조환자여이기출적대증치료，병구복체영-35화록미분；관찰조환자재대조조적기출상가자의중약방제치료，련속복용3개료정직지임신。결과경치료후，량조적격소수평LH、LH/FSH、T치균출현명현강저（P＜0.05）。결론채용중서의연합치료배란솔고，증가임신궤솔，만족료환자급가속적생육수구。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of treating women with PCOS infertility in the integrative medicine.Methods 40 cases of women with PCOS infertility were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated basing on the symptomatic, and oral Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets and clomiphene citrate, patients in the control group were treated in TCM on the basis of the treatment of the control group, continuous taking 3 courses until pregnancy. ResultsAfter treatment, the hormone levels LH, LH/FSH, T values of the two groups were signiifcantly reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion This method of treatment can increase the possibility of pregnancy, meet patient and family planning needs.
