华山松木蠹象是华山松的一种毁灭性蛀干害虫,为了制定该虫的诱集方案,应用昆虫行为学研究方法,开展华山松木蠹象灯光诱集与色板诱集的林间试验。结果表明,5种不同颜色 LED 灯诱虫数量大小顺序为:紫色灯>绿光灯>黄光灯>蓝光灯>红光灯,紫光灯诱虫数显著多于其他光源。6种不同颜色色板诱虫数量大小顺序为:紫色板>黄绿板>绿色板>黄色板>蓝色板>红色板,紫色板诱虫数显著多于其他色板。不同色板的林间诱集效果与自然光下趋光反应室内测试结果相符。紫色板的诱虫效果在1·5 m、3·0 m、4·5 m 3个高度下没有显著差异。6:00-9:00、9:00-12:00、12:00-15:00、15:00-18:00四个时段中,紫色板在12:00-15:00的诱虫效果最好。在东、南、西、北4个朝向下,紫色板的诱虫效果以南向最好。综合考虑经济、简便易操作的原则,林间诱集华山松木蠹象的最优方案为:采用紫色板(415 nm),距地面1·5 m 高度、南向全天候设置诱虫色板,平均每天每板诱虫1·28头。
華山鬆木蠹象是華山鬆的一種燬滅性蛀榦害蟲,為瞭製定該蟲的誘集方案,應用昆蟲行為學研究方法,開展華山鬆木蠹象燈光誘集與色闆誘集的林間試驗。結果錶明,5種不同顏色 LED 燈誘蟲數量大小順序為:紫色燈>綠光燈>黃光燈>藍光燈>紅光燈,紫光燈誘蟲數顯著多于其他光源。6種不同顏色色闆誘蟲數量大小順序為:紫色闆>黃綠闆>綠色闆>黃色闆>藍色闆>紅色闆,紫色闆誘蟲數顯著多于其他色闆。不同色闆的林間誘集效果與自然光下趨光反應室內測試結果相符。紫色闆的誘蟲效果在1·5 m、3·0 m、4·5 m 3箇高度下沒有顯著差異。6:00-9:00、9:00-12:00、12:00-15:00、15:00-18:00四箇時段中,紫色闆在12:00-15:00的誘蟲效果最好。在東、南、西、北4箇朝嚮下,紫色闆的誘蟲效果以南嚮最好。綜閤攷慮經濟、簡便易操作的原則,林間誘集華山鬆木蠹象的最優方案為:採用紫色闆(415 nm),距地麵1·5 m 高度、南嚮全天候設置誘蟲色闆,平均每天每闆誘蟲1·28頭。

Pissodes punctatus is a destructive stem borer to Pinus armandi and is difficult to control and monitor.This study examined the phototactic behavior of P .punctatus through observation of its phototactic response to different color and then determined the light trapping effects at different intervals,directions and heights in the field.In five colors of LED light trapping,the quantity of trapped P .punctatus was in the descending order as follows:violet, green,yellow,blue and red light.The quantity of trapped weevils by violet light was significantly more than those by trapping lights of other colors.In six colors of color plate trapping,the quantity of trapped P .punctatus was in the descending order as follows:violet,yellow-green, green,yellow,blue and red plate.The quantity of trapped weevils by violet plate was significantly more than those by other colors.The result of color trapping was more consistent with its phototactic response under natural light than that under darkness.There was no significant difference in quantity of trapped weevils among three heights of violet plate trapping,including 1·5 m,3·0 m and 4·5 m.Violet plate trapped more P .punctatus during 12:00-15:00 than that during 6:00-9:00,9:00-12:00 and 15:00-18:00.P .punctatus was trapped more at southward than that at eastward,westward and northward.Thus,P .punctatus can be trapped easily by violet plate at 1·5 m height and southward all day,with the trapped number averagely reaching 1·28 per day by per plate.
