目的:建立阿昔洛韦片溶出度的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定方法。方法色谱柱为依利特BDS C18150mm ×4.6mm 5μm,柱温:30℃,流动相为水∶甲醇(90∶10),检测波长254nm,流速为1.0mL· min -1,进样体积:20μL,结果阿昔洛韦片在4.664~93.28μg· mL -1的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.8%(n=9)RSD为0.2%。结论该方法高效,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为阿昔洛韦片的溶出度的检测方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for dissolution of Aciclovir tablets.METHODS Hyper-sil BDS C18 column(150mm ×4.6mm,5μm)was used with a mobile phasecomposed of methanol-water(10∶90) at the flow rate of 1.0mL· min-1.The detection wavelength was 254nm and the temperature of the column was 30℃.The injection volume was 20μL.RESULTS The calibration curve of Aciclovir was linear in the range of 4.664~93.28μg· mL-1 ( r=0.999 9 ).The average recovery was 99.8% with RSD of 0.2%( n=9 ).CONCLUSION Compared with the standard method ,the results are satisfactory ,and the method is effective and accurate ,which could be used for the determination of dissolution of Aciclovir tablets.
