Tiaojing Syrup%Ferulic Acid%HPLC%Content Determination
目的：建立调经糖浆中阿魏酸的HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为 Diamonsil C18（4.6mm ×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-1％冰乙酸溶液（18∶82）为流动相，流速1.0mL· min -1，柱温为30℃，测定波长322nm。结果阿魏酸在4.95～99μg· mL -1浓度范围内线性关系良好，标准曲线为A＝54.256 C＋0.6693，r＝0.9999。结论该方法方便、快速、准确，可用于调经糖浆的质量控制。

목적：건립조경당장중아위산적HPLC함량측정방법。방법색보주위 Diamonsil C18（4.6mm ×250mm，5μm），류동상위을정-1％빙을산용액（18∶82）위류동상，류속1.0mL· min -1，주온위30℃，측정파장322nm。결과아위산재4.95～99μg· mL -1농도범위내선성관계량호，표준곡선위A＝54.256 C＋0.6693，r＝0.9999。결론해방법방편、쾌속、준학，가용우조경당장적질량공제。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of Ferulic Acid in Tiaojing Syr-up.METHODS The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C 18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm) ,using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-1%( w) glacial acetic acid (18∶82 ) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min -1.The column temperature was at 30℃and the detection wavelength was at 322 nm.RESULTS Ferulic Acid showed a good linear relationship at range of 4.95 ~99μg · mL-1 , the linear calibration curves was A =54.256 C +0.6693 , r =0.9999.CONCLUSION The method is convenient ,quick and accurate.Which is suitable for the quality control of Tiaojing Syrup.
