目的:建立保健食品中维生素C的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用symmetry C18柱分离,以甲醇+乙酸铵溶液(5+95)为流动相,流速1.00mL· min -1,二级管阵列检测器,检测波长266nm。结果本方法线性范围为0.01~0.5mg· mL -1,加标回收率在91.7%~103.4%之间,RSD在0.56%~1.81%之间。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于保健食品中维生素C含量的测定。

목적:건립보건식품중유생소C적고효액상색보측정방법。방법채용symmetry C18주분리,이갑순+을산안용액(5+95)위류동상,류속1.00mL· min -1,이급관진렬검측기,검측파장266nm。결과본방법선성범위위0.01~0.5mg· mL -1,가표회수솔재91.7%~103.4%지간,RSD재0.56%~1.81%지간。결론해방법간편、쾌속、준학,괄용우보건식품중유생소C함량적측정。
OBJECTIVE To establish a high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method to test vita-mins C in health food.METHODS The sepration was carried out on symmetry C 18 column.Methanol-ammonium acetate solution (5+95) were used respectively as mobile phases.The flow rate was 1.0mL· min-1.The detector was PDA.The decetive wavelength was set at 266 nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were liner in the range of 0.01 ~0.5 mg · mL-1 , the rate of recovery were 91.7% to 103.4% with RSD from 1.44% to 4.18%).CONCLUSION The proposed method is simple ,sensitive.Accurate and can be used reliable to test vitamins C in health food.
