目的：研究痛血康胶囊对痛经模型大鼠的疗效及作用机制。方法①大鼠腹腔注射催产素造成痛经模型，研究痛血康对催产素所致大鼠扭体反应的抑制作用、对痛经模型大鼠离体子宫收缩和子宫卵巢系数、血浆中β-EP、子宫匀浆中PGF2α含量的影响。②采用肾上腺素加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型，研究痛血康对血液流变学的影响。③采用醋酸致痛扭体法研究痛血康的镇痛作用及采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及大鼠棉球肉芽肿法研究痛血康对炎症的抑制作用。结果痛血康对催产素所致大鼠子宫剧烈收缩引起的疼痛有明显缓解作用，对大鼠子宫平滑肌自发活动（收缩幅度与收缩频率）有明显的抑制作用，能够明显增加痛经模型大鼠血清β-EP含量，降低子宫组织中 PGF2α含量，降低血瘀大鼠血液粘度，还具有抑制炎症的作用。结论痛血康胶囊具有显著抗痛经作用。
目的：研究痛血康膠囊對痛經模型大鼠的療效及作用機製。方法①大鼠腹腔註射催產素造成痛經模型，研究痛血康對催產素所緻大鼠扭體反應的抑製作用、對痛經模型大鼠離體子宮收縮和子宮卵巢繫數、血漿中β-EP、子宮勻漿中PGF2α含量的影響。②採用腎上腺素加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型，研究痛血康對血液流變學的影響。③採用醋痠緻痛扭體法研究痛血康的鎮痛作用及採用二甲苯緻小鼠耳廓腫脹及大鼠棉毬肉芽腫法研究痛血康對炎癥的抑製作用。結果痛血康對催產素所緻大鼠子宮劇烈收縮引起的疼痛有明顯緩解作用，對大鼠子宮平滑肌自髮活動（收縮幅度與收縮頻率）有明顯的抑製作用，能夠明顯增加痛經模型大鼠血清β-EP含量，降低子宮組織中 PGF2α含量，降低血瘀大鼠血液粘度，還具有抑製炎癥的作用。結論痛血康膠囊具有顯著抗痛經作用。
목적：연구통혈강효낭대통경모형대서적료효급작용궤제。방법①대서복강주사최산소조성통경모형，연구통혈강대최산소소치대서뉴체반응적억제작용、대통경모형대서리체자궁수축화자궁란소계수、혈장중β-EP、자궁균장중PGF2α함량적영향。②채용신상선소가빙수욕조성대서급성혈어모형，연구통혈강대혈액류변학적영향。③채용작산치통뉴체법연구통혈강적진통작용급채용이갑분치소서이곽종창급대서면구육아종법연구통혈강대염증적억제작용。결과통혈강대최산소소치대서자궁극렬수축인기적동통유명현완해작용，대대서자궁평활기자발활동（수축폭도여수축빈솔）유명현적억제작용，능구명현증가통경모형대서혈청β-EP함량，강저자궁조직중 PGF2α함량，강저혈어대서혈액점도，환구유억제염증적작용。결론통혈강효낭구유현저항통경작용。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect and mechanism of Tongxuekang Capsules on rats model of dysmen-orrhea.METHODS ①The dysmenorrhea model Rats were made by intraperitoneal injection of oxytocin.The effect of Tongxuekang capsules on the inhibiting writhing reaction in the rats caused by oxytocin 、the constriction of isolated uterine and Ovary coefficient in dysmenorrhea model rats and the effect on the content of β-EP in plasma、PGF2αin uterine contraction were studied.②The acute blood stasis model rats caused by epinephrine ice water bath ,th effect of Tongxuekang capsules on blood rheology were studies.③The analgesic effect of Tongxuekang capsules were stud-ied by writhing by acetic acid method and the anti-inflammatory action of Tongxuekang capsule were observed by the methods of mouse swelling ear caused by dimethylbenzene and cotton ball granuloma of rats.RESULTS Tongxuek-ang capsules could relieve the pain caused by oxytocin induced uterine intense contraction and inhibit the spontane -ously contractive activities of the smooth muscle in the rat uterine ( contraction amplitude and contractile frequency ) dramatically,could increase the content of β-EP in plasma,decrese the content of PGF2αin uterus tissue and the blood viscosity in blood stasis rats.Which also had anti-inflammatory effect.CONCLUSION Tongxuekang capsules has anti dysmenorrhea effect significantly.
