本文基于10个行业的统计分析显示,浙江产业集群的整体竞争力在三省中最强,广东产业集群竞争力处于中间水平,而江苏产业集群的整体竞争力垫底。浙江产业集群竞争力优势主要集中体现在劳动密集型的传统制造业上,而在资本和技术密集型装配制造业上的集群竞争力较弱。相反,广东和江苏虽然劳动密集型传统制造业集群竞争力不如浙江,但其资本和技术密集型装配制造业集群则具有较高的竞争力。同时,网络系统的结构差异是导致粤苏浙三省产业集群竞争力差异的决定性因素,因此,各地应将改善集群网络系统的构成和运行质量作为未来产业政策的重点。
本文基于10箇行業的統計分析顯示,浙江產業集群的整體競爭力在三省中最彊,廣東產業集群競爭力處于中間水平,而江囌產業集群的整體競爭力墊底。浙江產業集群競爭力優勢主要集中體現在勞動密集型的傳統製造業上,而在資本和技術密集型裝配製造業上的集群競爭力較弱。相反,廣東和江囌雖然勞動密集型傳統製造業集群競爭力不如浙江,但其資本和技術密集型裝配製造業集群則具有較高的競爭力。同時,網絡繫統的結構差異是導緻粵囌浙三省產業集群競爭力差異的決定性因素,因此,各地應將改善集群網絡繫統的構成和運行質量作為未來產業政策的重點。

In this paper ,the statistical analysis based on 10 industries shows that the overall competitiveness of Zhejiang industrial clusters is the strongest among three provinces ,the competitiveness of Guangdong industrial clusters is the middle ,and the competitiveness of Jiangsu industrial clusters is the lowest .Zhejiang mainly has competitiveness advantage in traditional labor - intensive manufacturing in-dustry clusters , and its competitiveness in capital and technology intensive assembly manufacturing industry cluster is relatively weak .On the contrary , although the competitiveness of the traditional labor - intensive manufacturing industry clusters in Jiangsu and Guangdong are not as good as that in Zhejiang , the competitiveness of capital and technology intensive assembly manufacturing clusters are both stronger than that in Zhejiang .Structural differences of cluster's network system is the decisive factor leading to difference in industrial clusters com-petitiveness between Jiangsu ,Zhejiang and Guangdong province .Therefore , each locality should focus on taking meaure to improve the composition and operation of cluster network system .
