如何合理利用餐厨废弃物,已经成为城市目前亟需解决的一个问题。本实验通过研究不同预处理对餐厨废弃物厌氧収酵的影响,探索合理利用餐厨废弃物的途径,通过収酵収现,将餐厨废弃物经过沼液预处理后产气率最高,为36690 mL,经NaOH和沼液预处理的实验组甲烷含量分别为45.98%和45.42%,差异不显著。因此,将餐厨废弃物经过沼液预处理后作为収酵原料是缓解城市餐厨废弃物压力的良好途径。

In many cities,how to utilize kitchen waste resource has become an important problem which need be solved. In thisexperiment, effectof different pretreatment methods onanaerobic digestion of kitchen wastewas investigated;the ways toreasonablyutilize kitchen waste were discussed. The results showthat, thekitchen waste pretreatedby biogas slurry hashighest gas production,36690 ml;the differenceis not significant about average methane contentsbetween the experimental groups pretreated by NaOH and biogas slurry(P>0.05), whichare45.98% and 45.42%.Throughcomprehensive consideration,it’s pointed out thatNaOH pretreatmentis much better.
