通过胶溶无定型氢氧化铝制备了高固含量铝溶胶。该研究通过数显粘度计、酸度计、XRD、红外光谱、纳米粒度仪、投射电子显微镜等表征斱法考察铝溶胶的结构和性能。实验结果表明所制备铝含量为10%的溶胶样品(pH=2.6)有良好的稳定性,符合裂化催化催化剂用铝溶胶的质量要求。

The alumina sol with high Al2O3content was prepared by peptizing aluminumhydroxide. Properties of the alumina sol were characterized byViscometer,pH meter, Fouriertransform-infrared (FT-IR) spectrum,X-ray diffraction (XRD),zeta potential analyzer andTransmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show thatthe alumina solsample with pH value 2.6andaluminum content 10%hasgood stability.A great application potential of the high alumina contentsol has beendisplayed in preparing FCC catalysts.
