油气田废水成分复杂,含盐量高,利用传统方法测定COD结果偏差大。利用系统的正交实验对比研究了氯气校正法与重铬酸盐法测定油气田高含盐废水COD的适用性,研究结果表明,重铬酸钾法测定误差大,氯气校正法能准确可靠地测定油气田废水的 COD 值,其测定结果 COD<100时,误差在30%以内, COD>100时,误差在10%以内,回收率在102%~119%,并且重现性良好,能够满足分析测试的要求。
油氣田廢水成分複雜,含鹽量高,利用傳統方法測定COD結果偏差大。利用繫統的正交實驗對比研究瞭氯氣校正法與重鉻痠鹽法測定油氣田高含鹽廢水COD的適用性,研究結果錶明,重鉻痠鉀法測定誤差大,氯氣校正法能準確可靠地測定油氣田廢水的 COD 值,其測定結果 COD<100時,誤差在30%以內, COD>100時,誤差在10%以內,迴收率在102%~119%,併且重現性良好,能夠滿足分析測試的要求。

The composition of wastewater from oil and gas field is complex, and usually contains very high concentration of salt. There are series deviationsindetermination of COD results by the traditional method. In this paper,applicabilityof chlorine emendation methodanddichromate methodfordeterminingCODinthe oil and gas wastewaterwasstudied. The results show that, COD canbe accuratelydetectedby thechlorine emendation method;when COD<100mg/L, the deviation is less than 30%, and COD>100mg/L, the deviation is less than10%, the quantitative recovery is from102% to 119%.
