国家自2007年实施免费师范生政策以来，今年已步入第七个年头，现已有两届学生毕业。通过对免费师范生就业政策的现状进行分析，结合已毕业学生的就业状况，为进一步完善免费师范生就业政策提出建议和思考，使学生充分合理利用就业政策，开拓就业市场。
國傢自2007年實施免費師範生政策以來，今年已步入第七箇年頭，現已有兩屆學生畢業。通過對免費師範生就業政策的現狀進行分析，結閤已畢業學生的就業狀況，為進一步完善免費師範生就業政策提齣建議和思攷，使學生充分閤理利用就業政策，開拓就業市場。
국가자2007년실시면비사범생정책이래，금년이보입제칠개년두，현이유량계학생필업。통과대면비사범생취업정책적현상진행분석，결합이필업학생적취업상황，위진일보완선면비사범생취업정책제출건의화사고，사학생충분합리이용취업정책，개탁취업시장。
It has been seven years since the employment policy implementation of national free normal students from 2007. Two terms of such students had graduated. We analyzed the current situations of employment policy for free normal students and combined it with status of their employment in order to put forward some suggestions,which aims to improve the employment policy that free normal college students can make use of it and open their employment perspective at the same time.
