为了满足捷联寻北调平系统自动化、智能化的要求,提出了一种转台自动调平方法。选用双轴倾角仪采用差分测量的方法获得转台倾斜角,根据旋转坐标变换由转台倾斜角度计算出转台倾斜支腿的高度,分别根据转台中心点不动和最高点不动的调节策略升降转台支腿,调平转台。仿真计算结果表明,最高点不动的调节方案具有较好的调节效果,采用最高点不动的调节方案,在支腿之间距离为350 mm,丝杆最小调节距离为2μm时,转台X轴和Y轴方向的调节精度分别为2.0"、1.7",满足捷联寻北系统的调平精度要求。该自动调平方法操作简单,调节精度高,可应用于光电经纬仪等带有铅垂轴系转台的高精度光电设备自动调平中。
為瞭滿足捷聯尋北調平繫統自動化、智能化的要求,提齣瞭一種轉檯自動調平方法。選用雙軸傾角儀採用差分測量的方法穫得轉檯傾斜角,根據鏇轉坐標變換由轉檯傾斜角度計算齣轉檯傾斜支腿的高度,分彆根據轉檯中心點不動和最高點不動的調節策略升降轉檯支腿,調平轉檯。倣真計算結果錶明,最高點不動的調節方案具有較好的調節效果,採用最高點不動的調節方案,在支腿之間距離為350 mm,絲桿最小調節距離為2μm時,轉檯X軸和Y軸方嚮的調節精度分彆為2.0"、1.7",滿足捷聯尋北繫統的調平精度要求。該自動調平方法操作簡單,調節精度高,可應用于光電經緯儀等帶有鉛垂軸繫轉檯的高精度光電設備自動調平中。

An automatic leveling method for strap-down north leveling system , which can be used to measure the north direction automatically and efficiently, is proposed.Using differential measurement method, we measure tilt an-gle of turntable by inclinometer, and then use the tilt angle to calculate the inclination height of legs by applying the rotation coordinate transformation principle .Two strategies are adopted to level the turntable , the first one is to keep the central point unmoved , and the second one is to maintain the position of the highest point .The simulation results show that the latter method has higher precision.When the distance between two legs is 350 mm, the minimum ad-justment distance of screw is 2 μm.The regulating precision of the second strategy can reach 2.0"in X-axis and 1.7"in Y-axis, it is suitable for strap-down north leveling system.The proposed method is simple to operate, has high precision, and can be applied for any situation that needs to level high precision photoelectric equipment which has perpendicular shaft of turntable, such as photoelectric theodolite.
