应用有限元模拟和正交试验方法,分析了闭挤式精冲35钢直齿轮过程中凹模型腔锥面倾斜角度,主凹模圆角半径,反顶力,凸、凹模间隙对直齿轮齿面光亮带比例的影响。结果表明:各参数对直齿轮齿面光亮带比例的影响程度大小依次为凸凹模间隙,凹模圆角半径,反顶力和主、副凹模型腔倾斜角度。研究发现,优化参数后可以显著增大直齿轮齿面光亮带比例,光亮带比例可达96.7%。
應用有限元模擬和正交試驗方法,分析瞭閉擠式精遲35鋼直齒輪過程中凹模型腔錐麵傾斜角度,主凹模圓角半徑,反頂力,凸、凹模間隙對直齒輪齒麵光亮帶比例的影響。結果錶明:各參數對直齒輪齒麵光亮帶比例的影響程度大小依次為凸凹模間隙,凹模圓角半徑,反頂力和主、副凹模型腔傾斜角度。研究髮現,優化參數後可以顯著增大直齒輪齒麵光亮帶比例,光亮帶比例可達96.7%。
응용유한원모의화정교시험방법,분석료폐제식정충35강직치륜과정중요모형강추면경사각도,주요모원각반경,반정력,철、요모간극대직치륜치면광량대비례적영향。결과표명:각삼수대직치륜치면광량대비례적영향정도대소의차위철요모간극,요모원각반경,반정력화주、부요모형강경사각도。연구발현,우화삼수후가이현저증대직치륜치면광량대비례,광량대비례가체96.7%。
In fine-blanking process,process parameters of fine-blanking and blank filling rate signifi-cantly influence the edge quality of the fine-blanking part. FEM simulation with ANOVA method was carried out to investigate the influence of the fine-blanked parameters(i. e. relative cutting clearance, counter force,corner radius of the main die,angle of the vice die cavity taper )on the light ratio of the closed-extruding fine blanking surface in the process of fine-blanking fine-pitch gear. The maxi-mum reduction of light ratio was about 96. 7% using the closed-extruding fine-blanking die with the optimization parameters,and the greater the blank filling rate is,the larger the light ratio is.
