采用 Woodward 公司的快速原型开发系统的 D2P MotoHawk 开发平台对自动离合器的控制策略进行研究。通过分析自动离合器的特点,完成了自动离合器快速控制原型的开发流程:搭建开发平台,进行传感器及执行器参数匹配,对 MotoHawk 控制系统底层进行配置,利用Matlab/ Simulink / Stateflow 模块建立自动离合器控制逻辑,并编译下载控制模型。通过分析采集的实车路试运行数据验证了所建立的自动离合器控制逻辑的有效性,为后续自动变速器的自主开发提供借鉴。

This paper introduces rapid prototyping system D2P MotoHawk development platform in the Woodward and the control strategy of automatic clutch developed by them. The automatic clutch rapid control prototyping process is completed through the analysis of the characteristics of automatic clutch. The development process includes development platform building,Sensors and actuators parameter matching,the underlying configuration of MotoHawk control system and building the automatic clutch control logic and compile the download control model By using the Matlab / Simulink / Stateflow mod-ule. As a result,the logic of automatic clutch control is proved to be reasonable through the analysis of the operation of the real vehicle road test data and provides reference to subsequent independent de-velopment of automatic transmission.
