目的:研究高血压前期患者血浆中一氧化氮( NO)、降钙素基因相关肽( CGRP)、内皮素( ET)、抵抗素以及血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平的变化。方法:将有连续记录血压增高者60例依据血压水平分为高血压组30例、高血压前期组30例,另取同期健康体检者30名作为对照组。分别测量3组人群血浆中NO、CGRP、ET、MCP-1和抵抗素的水平。结果:高血压组和高血压前期组患者血清NO、CGRP水平均较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),ET、MCP-1和抵抗素水平均较对照组升高(P<0.05~P<0.01)。高血压组患者血清NO和CGRP均显著低于高血压前期组(P<0.01),而 ET、MCP-1和抵抗素水平均明显高于高血压前期组(P<0.01)。结论:血压升高可以明显损害患者的血管内皮功能,表现为 NO、CGRP、ET、抵抗素及MCP-1的代谢失衡,高血压前期人群已出现血管内皮功能障碍。

목적:연구고혈압전기환자혈장중일양화담( NO)、강개소기인상관태( CGRP)、내피소( ET)、저항소이급혈청단핵세포추화단백-1(MCP-1)수평적변화。방법:장유련속기록혈압증고자60례의거혈압수평분위고혈압조30례、고혈압전기조30례,령취동기건강체검자30명작위대조조。분별측량3조인군혈장중NO、CGRP、ET、MCP-1화저항소적수평。결과:고혈압조화고혈압전기조환자혈청NO、CGRP수평균교대조조명현강저(P<0.01),ET、MCP-1화저항소수평균교대조조승고(P<0.05~P<0.01)。고혈압조환자혈청NO화CGRP균현저저우고혈압전기조(P<0.01),이 ET、MCP-1화저항소수평균명현고우고혈압전기조(P<0.01)。결론:혈압승고가이명현손해환자적혈관내피공능,표현위 NO、CGRP、ET、저항소급MCP-1적대사실형,고혈압전기인군이출현혈관내피공능장애。
Objective:To study the changes of plasma nitric oxide(NO),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),endothelin(ET), resistin and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 ( MCP-1 ) levels in the patients with pre-hypertension. Methods:A total 60 patients which had continuous blood pressure records were divided into hypertension group 30 cases and prehypertension group 30 cases, the other 30 healthy people were as control group according to blood pressure level. The changes of serum NO,CGRP,ET,resistin and MCP-1 levels among the three groups were evaluated. Results:The serum NO and CGRP levels in the hypertension and pre-hypertension groups were significantly reduced compared with those in normal control group(P<0. 01),ET,MCP-1 and resistin levels were higher than those in normal control group(P<0. 05 to P<0. 01). Serum NO and CGRP levels in hypertension group were significantly lower than those in pre-hypertension group(P <0. 01),while ET,MCP-1 and resistin levels were significantly higher than those in pre-hypertension group(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The endothelial cell function is significantly damaged in high blood pressure patients, representing with metabolic imbalances of serum NO,CGRP,ET,resistin and MCP-1;endothelial cell dysfunction is also emerged in the patients with pre-hypertension.
