目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎( AS)合并甲状旁腺功能亢进症的临床特点及其诊断与治疗方法。方法：分析1例AS合并甲状旁腺功能亢进症的临床特点，并复习相关文献。结果：AS患者合并有严重的骨质疏松，病程较短，并出现肾脏结石、高钙血症，经过相关检查，证实合并有甲状旁腺功能亢进症。结论：AS同时合并甲状旁腺功能亢进症，两者临床有相似或重叠的表现，但它们发病机制和治疗不同，需详加鉴别。
목적：탐토강직성척주염( AS)합병갑상방선공능항진증적림상특점급기진단여치료방법。방법：분석1례AS합병갑상방선공능항진증적림상특점，병복습상관문헌。결과：AS환자합병유엄중적골질소송，병정교단，병출현신장결석、고개혈증，경과상관검사，증실합병유갑상방선공능항진증。결론：AS동시합병갑상방선공능항진증，량자림상유상사혹중첩적표현，단타문발병궤제화치료불동，수상가감별。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis complicated with primary hyperparathyroidism. Methods:The clinical characteristics of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis complicated with primary hyperparathyroidism were analyzed,and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results:The severe osteoporosis,short course of disease, and kidney stone,hypercalcemia and hyperparathyroidism were the mainly clinical characteristics of patient with ankylosing spondylitis. Conclusions:Ankylosing spondylitis and hyperparathyroidism have similar or overlapping clinical characteristics,but their pathogenesis and treatment are different,which need to be differentiated.
