以应急物流为背景,通过分析应急物流车辆调度问题的特点,在满足时间限制条件的基础上充分考虑车辆的载重和体积的限制,建立以运输距离最短和运输车辆最少的双目标车辆调度模型,并用免疫粒子群算法实现对模型的求解,来验证模型和算法的可行性和有效性。

In this study, based on previous findings, with the emergency logistics as the background, according to the char-acteristics of emergency vehicle scheduling, a multi-objective vehicle scheduling model of emergency supplies with the ob-jectives of the shortest distance and the least number of vehi-cles is established, then uses the immune particle swarm algo-rithm to solve the model, at last through empirical research to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
