随着国内高速铁路向多山地区或者空间狭小的城区发展,小半径曲线桥的桥梁已经开始出现。在架设小曲线桥梁过程中,传统的架桥机出现了工况不适应情况,甚至可能危及架梁安全的情况,现多通过改造架桥机实现,通过新研发一种专用装置,不用对架桥机改造,即能实现小半径曲线架桥,技术上实现了较大突破,对其他架梁设备小半径曲线架梁有着积极的参考意义。

With the high-speed railway extending to mountainous area or cramped urban area, the bridge-girder with minor-radius curve has come into use. During the erection of small curved bridge-girder, the traditional bridge-girder erection crane can not adapt to the work condition and this might endanger the bridge-girder erection. Therefore, in order to fulfill this kind of work, bridge-girder erection crane needs to be modified as a general practice. This paper introduces a new equipment specially for erection of bridge-girder on small radius curve without modifying bridge-girder erection crane. This shows a great break-through technically in the industry and a positive reference to other equipment for the erection of bridge-girder on small radius curve.
