目的：探讨植入式静脉输液港在乳腺癌辅助化疗中的应用与效果。方法选择2013年6月-2014年4月新疆医科大学第一附属医院乳腺外科收治的15例乳腺癌患者，辅助化疗期间应用静脉输液港植入术，评估输液港的植入方法、护理及并发症情况。结果15例患者全部顺利完成辅助化疗，未出现并发症。结论植入式静脉输液港可作为乳腺癌辅助化疗患者的首选输液通道。
목적：탐토식입식정맥수액항재유선암보조화료중적응용여효과。방법선택2013년6월-2014년4월신강의과대학제일부속의원유선외과수치적15례유선암환자，보조화료기간응용정맥수액항식입술，평고수액항적식입방법、호리급병발증정황。결과15례환자전부순리완성보조화료，미출현병발증。결론식입식정맥수액항가작위유선암보조화료환자적수선수액통도。
Objective To investigate the application of venous port access (VPA)in adjuvant chemotherpy on breast cancer patients.Methods Between June 2013 and April 2014,15 ports were implanted in 15 pa-tients by surgeons.The effect of implantation of the VPA and nursing care were evaluated and the compli-cations were observed.Results All 15 patients successfully completed adjuvant chemotherapy.Related complications did not appear.Conclusion VPA can be preferred as the first infusion channel for breast cancer patients in adjuvant chemotherapy.
