农地流转问题是农村土地制度改革的核心。文章从农地流转意愿的影响因素、农地流转的绩效评价、农地流转的模式比较、农地流转的制约因素、促进农地流转的对策建议等方面对该领域已有的研究成果进行了梳理，进而指出以往研究的不足及未来研究的方向。
農地流轉問題是農村土地製度改革的覈心。文章從農地流轉意願的影響因素、農地流轉的績效評價、農地流轉的模式比較、農地流轉的製約因素、促進農地流轉的對策建議等方麵對該領域已有的研究成果進行瞭梳理，進而指齣以往研究的不足及未來研究的方嚮。

The transfer of rural land is the core of rural land system reform. The paper sorts out the existing research results about the transfer of rural land in the following five aspects:the factors affecting the intention of rural land transfer,the perfor-mance evaluation of rural land transfer,the mode comparison of rural land transfer,the restricting factors of rural land transfer and the suggestions to promote rural land transfer. Then it points out the defects of the previous studies and the directions for the future researches.
