目的:观察多元化健康教育模式对老年卒中偏瘫患者的影响。方法将120例老年卒中偏瘫患者随机分为2组,多元化健康教育组60例予多元化健康教育,常规健康教育组60例予常规健康教育。比较2组护理前后Barthel指数评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分变化。结果2组护理后Barthel指数评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均较本组护理前升高(P<0.05),且多元化健康教育组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论实施多元化健康教育模式使老年卒中偏瘫患者提高了疾病认知水平,改善了患者日常生活活动能力,增强了社会适应能力。

목적:관찰다원화건강교육모식대노년졸중편탄환자적영향。방법장120례노년졸중편탄환자수궤분위2조,다원화건강교육조60례여다원화건강교육,상규건강교육조60례여상규건강교육。비교2조호리전후Barthel지수평분、Fugl-Meyer운동공능평분변화。결과2조호리후Barthel지수평분、Fugl-Meyer운동공능평분균교본조호리전승고(P<0.05),차다원화건강교육조승고경명현(P<0.05)。결론실시다원화건강교육모식사노년졸중편탄환자제고료질병인지수평,개선료환자일상생활활동능력,증강료사회괄응능력。
Objective To observe the effect of diversified health education model for the elderly stroke pa-tients with hemiplegia.Methods 120 elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in diversified health education group received diversified health education.60 cases in routine health educa-tion group received routine health education.The changes of Barthel index score, Fugl -Meyer movement function score before and after nursing were compared.Results Barthel index score, Fugl -Meyer movement function score after nursing were increased as compared with those before nursing in two groups (P<0.05).The increase in diversi-fied health education group was more obvious (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of diversified health ed-ucation mode improves the illness cognition level of elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia, the patients'daily life ac-tivities ability and the social adaptation ability.
