目的：观察一清胶囊联合转移因子胶囊及曲安奈德治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法将108例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例。治疗组采用口服一清胶囊、转移因子胶囊，配合局部注射曲安奈德加2％盐酸利多卡因；对照组采用口服维生素B2，配合局部注射曲安奈德加2％盐酸利多卡因。分别对2组患者治疗3个月及6个月后的主、客观症状记分并进行临床疗效分析。结果治疗3个月后，治疗组总有效率90．74％，对照组总有效率83．33％，2组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），2组疗效相当；随访6个月，治疗组复发率12．25％，对照组复发率51．11％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01），治疗组复发率低于对照组。结论一清胶囊联合转移因子治疗口腔扁平苔藓肯有良好的长、短期效果，复发率低。
목적：관찰일청효낭연합전이인자효낭급곡안내덕치료구강편평태선적림상료효。방법장108례구강편평태선환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각54례。치료조채용구복일청효낭、전이인자효낭，배합국부주사곡안내덕가2％염산리다잡인；대조조채용구복유생소B2，배합국부주사곡안내덕가2％염산리다잡인。분별대2조환자치료3개월급6개월후적주、객관증상기분병진행림상료효분석。결과치료3개월후，치료조총유효솔90．74％，대조조총유효솔83．33％，2조비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05），2조료효상당；수방6개월，치료조복발솔12．25％，대조조복발솔51．11％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01），치료조복발솔저우대조조。결론일청효낭연합전이인자치료구강편평태선긍유량호적장、단기효과，복발솔저。
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqing capsule combined with transfer factor and Triamcin-olone acetonide on the treatment of oral lichen planus.Methods 108 cases of oral lichen planus were divided into two groups randomly, they are treatment group and control group ( n =54).Treatment group received Yiqing capsule combined with transfer factor and Triamcinolone acetonide; the control group was given oral vitamin B2 , cooperate with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide 10 mg and 2%lidocaine, Making a statist lichen planus ical analysis on two groups of patients respectively for 3 months and 6 months after treatment of subjective and objective symptoms scores.Results 3 months after treatment the treatment group and control group total effective rate were 90.74%and 83.33%respectively ( P >0.05);Were followed up for 6 months, recurrence rates of two groups were 12.25%and 51.11%respectively ( P <0.01).Conclusion Yiqing capsule combined with transfer factor and Triamcinolone acetonide on oral lichen planus has good long, short-term effects, lower recurrence.
