目的:探讨视听反馈性训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者由坐位到站起功能的影响。方法:将54例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为试验组(29例)和对照组(25例),两组患者均给予针灸、功能性电刺激、垫上运动、控制训练、站起/坐下任务特异性训练等常规康复治疗,试验组则在常规康复治疗基础上进行视听反馈性训练,观察两组患者坐位站起活动计时、偏瘫侧股四头肌和腘绳肌的最大自主收缩肌力的改善程度。结果:试验组坐位站起活动计时、偏瘫侧股四头肌和腘绳肌的最大自主收缩肌力改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:视听反馈性训练能明显提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复效果,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토시은반궤성훈련대뇌졸중편탄환자유좌위도참기공능적영향。방법:장54례뇌졸중편탄환자수궤분위시험조(29례)화대조조(25례),량조환자균급여침구、공능성전자격、점상운동、공제훈련、참기/좌하임무특이성훈련등상규강복치료,시험조칙재상규강복치료기출상진행시은반궤성훈련,관찰량조환자좌위참기활동계시、편탄측고사두기화객승기적최대자주수축기력적개선정도。결과:시험조좌위참기활동계시、편탄측고사두기화객승기적최대자주수축기력개선정도균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:시은반궤성훈련능명현제고뇌졸중편탄환자적강복효과,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the influence of audio-visual feedback training on the sit to stand function of patients with stroke hemiplegia. Methods:54 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into experimental group (29 cases) and control group (25 cases), both groups were treated by conventional rehabilitation treatment such as acupuncture, functional electrical stimulation, mat tumbling, control training and stand up/sit down task specific training, while experimental group also by audio-visual feedback training on the basis of conventional rehabilitatino treatment, observed the improvement of the time of sit to stand, the maximal voluntary contraction myodynamia of musculi quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscle of the hemiplegia side. Results:The improvement of the time of sit to stand and the maximal voluntary contraction myodynamia of musculi quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscle of the hemiplegia side of experimental group were all better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Audio-visual feedback training can significantly improve the rehabilitation efficiency of patients with stroke hemiplegia, deserves clini-cal promotion and application.
