金属银导电油墨是印制电子技术中的关键材料,随着电子产品向小型化、柔性化方向发展,传统的微米级金属银导电油墨已不能满足低加工温度和更小特征尺寸的要求,在此情况下,纳米银油墨和有机银油墨被开发出来。综述了纳米银导电油墨、有机银导电油墨各自的特点以及最新研究进展,并介绍了导电油墨新品种--银杂化油墨。

Metal silver inks are the key materials for the technology of printed electronics. With the development of the miniaturization and the flexible design of electronic products, traditional metal silver inks with the micron size could not meet the demand of low processing temperature and small feature size, in this conditions, nano-silver inks and organic silver inks are developed. The recently research development and features of nano-silver inks and organic silver inks are reviewed. And one of novel inks:silver hybrid inks, is introduced.
