目的：回顾性观察卡前列素氨丁三醇在防治高危妊娠产后出血中的疗效：方法：在我科住院分娩使用卡前列素氨丁三醇防治产后出血47例病人，经徒手按摩子宫，追加缩宫素20IU 静脉注射子宫收缩仍然不良时，三角肌注射卡前列素氨丁三醇。重复使用时，间隔时间大于15min：结果：卡前列素氨丁三醇注射后在2～10min 内子宫收缩加强，子宫变硬，出血减少，注射1针（250μg）总体成功率为100％，96％的病人用量250μg。控制出血，无1例切除子宫。不良反应是胃肠道反应，腹泻发生率为9％，恶心呕吐发生率为6％。结论：卡前列素氨丁三醇防治产后出血，疗效迅速且不良反应少，给药方便，效果显著，可推广应用。

목적：회고성관찰잡전렬소안정삼순재방치고위임신산후출혈중적료효：방법：재아과주원분면사용잡전렬소안정삼순방치산후출혈47례병인，경도수안마자궁，추가축궁소20IU 정맥주사자궁수축잉연불량시，삼각기주사잡전렬소안정삼순。중복사용시，간격시간대우15min：결과：잡전렬소안정삼순주사후재2～10min 내자궁수축가강，자궁변경，출혈감소，주사1침（250μg）총체성공솔위100％，96％적병인용량250μg。공제출혈，무1례절제자궁。불량반응시위장도반응，복사발생솔위9％，악심구토발생솔위6％。결론：잡전렬소안정삼순방치산후출혈，료효신속차불량반응소，급약방편，효과현저，가추엄응용。
Purpose:a retrospective observation card other tromethamine efficacy in the prevention and treatment of high -risk pregnancy postpartum hemorrhage:methods:hospitalized in our department delivery using card other tromethamine prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in 47 patients,the massage womb with his hands,and an additional 20 iu intravenous oxytocin uterine contractions are still bad,deltoid ZhuSheKa other tromethamine.Reuse the time interval is more than 1 5 min:results:card other tromethamine injections within 2 ~1 0 min after uterine contractions,uterine hard-en,less bleeding,1 injection (250 mu g)overall success rate was 1 00%,the dosage of 96% of the patients 250 mu g. Control of bleeding,1 case of hysterectomy.The incidence of adverse reactions were gastrointestinal reaction,diarrhoea was 9%,the incidence of nausea and vomiting was 6%.Conclusion:card other tromethamine prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,curative effect quickly and less adverse reactions,drug delivery is convenient,effective and can be applied.
