黄褐斑是一种女性常见的色素沉着性皮肤病，可由多种原因造成，尤其是妇女孕后最易出现，严重影响了妇女的形象美观。临床上此病患者逐渐增多，随着医疗水平的提高，对于此病的治疗方法也是日趋增多。通过分析近2年来各种相关文献，发现针灸治疗此病疗效肯定，安全无副作用，且价格低廉，越来越被患者的接受。现对黄褐斑的针灸治疗方法进行总结，加强对黄褐斑的认识，以便更好的指导临床治疗，进而确立一套治疗黄褐斑的最佳方案，提高临床疗效。

Chloasma is a kind of skin disease with female pigmentation,which can be caused by a variety of reasons,espe-cially the women after delivery appear the most easily,seriously affecting the patients'appearance.Although the patients with chloasma gradually increased in the clinical,the treatment of the disease is increasing by the improvement of modern medical standards.With the analyzed of the literature in past 2 years,we found that acupuncture had a good curative effect for chloasma.Meanwhile the acupuncture is safe and without side effects,which also have a low price.For more and more patients have accepted the treatment with acupuncture,we have summarized the method of treating chloasma with acupunc-ture.Therefore,we could strengthen the understanding of chloasma disease,and establish an optimal treatment for clinic at the same time.
