环氧树脂是粉末涂料最主要的原材料之一，因其具有优异的耐化学品性能、耐水性能和良好的机械性能，被广泛应用于管道、钢筋铸件、电绝缘件和室内建筑结构的涂装中。目前，我国生产环氧树脂的厂家主要采用一步法和两步法的工艺。为了降低生产成本和得到质量较高的产品，应选用一步溶剂法作为主要生产工艺，选用适合的溶剂，通过调整反应过程中的温度、时间、入料顺序和原料比例控制反应，并完整地记录数据。
