This paper introduces the electricity way of two-part and the method to calculate the electricity charge under the industrialization path of the research institutes in detail, and makes a detailed analysis on electricity by combining some research institutes in 2013.Finally ,combining with working practice, this paper probes into some suggestions on energy saving.
