Through the research on the energy efficiency renovations in the external protect of the existing residential buildings in northwest of He ’ nan province, this paper makes the energy-saving renovation project in Jishui Court, a residential building in the city of Jiyuan as an example to apply this typical technique into the practical project. It also makes an analysis on its economical benefit, which provides some references of the energy efficiency renovations in the external protect of local existing residential buildings.
