随着旋挖钻孔灌注桩的广泛应用,桩底沉渣过厚成为突出的质量通病。结合旋挖钻孔灌注桩的施工实践,分析了桩底沉渣过厚产生的原因,介绍了6种泥浆正循环、反循环、无循环清孔工艺和方法,并对比分析了各种清孔工艺的特点,提出了旋挖桩清孔工艺的优化选择方法。

With the widely application of the rotating drilling pile, the overweighting sediment at the hole bottom is becoming one of the most prominent quality problems. This paper has analyzed the causes of the overweighting sediment at the hole bottom, which is based on the author ’ s construction practice experience of working on rotating excavation drilling cast-in-place pile. In addition, it also introduces six holes cleaning methods including the slurry direct circulation, slurry reverse circulation, non-cycle, and so on. And by the comparison analysis of all the hole cleaning methods, the authors give an optimal selection method of cleaning process in the rotating excavation drilling pile.
