通过对浙江省60家中小制造型企业进行样本分析，探讨知识管理与战略配置一致性对中小企业创新和组织绩效的影响。结果表明，知识管理与战略配置之间存在显著地一致性，大多数采用探索型战略的中小企业都有一个积极的知识管理方法，而采用防御行战略的中小企业都有一个保守的知识管理方法。此外，发现这种一致性对企业整体绩效有着积极的影响。

In this study we aim to investigate the impact of knowledge management and strategy configuration coherence on SMEs innovation and organizational performance through a quantitative analysis which is carried out on a sample of 60 manufacturing SMEs in Zhejiang province.Our ndings reveal that a significant coherence exists between knowledge man-agement and strategy configurations.Most of the SMEs with a prospector and defender strategy adopt,in turn,an aggres-sive and conservative knowledge management.Moreover,we find that such coherence has a significant impact on the o-verall performance.
