建立多目标产业线性规划模型,并确定经济发展目标参数、碳排放量目标参数。通过对模型求解,预测2015年天津市三次产业的碳排放量,预计可以实现天津节能减排的目标。根据线性规划模型的结果,提出天津市产业结构优化和政策支持方向的对策性建议。

Since reform and opening,the economy of Tianjin has been developing rapidly. Meanwhile,it is an inefficient model of economic growth. In July 201 0,Tianjin was designated one of the low carbon cities in China. Therefore,Tianjin must adjust the industrial structure and put the strategy of low carbon transition into practice. Firstly,this article estab-lished a multi-objective linear programming model and determined the parameters of the economic development objectives and the carbon emissions target. By solving the model,it predicted the goal of Tianjin carbon emissions of the thrice indus-trial could be achieved. Finally,according to the results of the model,it advised how to adjust the industrial structure of Tianjin and enact policy.
