Based on the methods of whitenization weight function and grey cluster,this paper constructs an evaluation mod-el of optimization effects of national -defense science &technology industrial organization,and gives evaluation index weights by AHP. As a result,this paper chooses eleven major military industry groups as samples to do empirical research and analyze the advantage and disadvantage factors of optimization effects of national-defense science &technology indus-trial organization. Thus it sets a clear direction of further optimization of this industrial organization.
