采用单辊熔体急冷法制备了非晶Fe39.4-xCo40Si9B9Nb2.6Cux合金薄带,在不同温度退火后得到双相纳米晶合金。研究了纳米晶合金的静态磁性随退火温度的变化,结果表明490℃退火后可以得到最优的静态性能;研究了Cu含量对合金性能的影响,结果表明随Cu含量的增加,纳米晶合金晶粒尺寸得到有效细化,使得其静态磁性更加优良。

The amorphous thin ribbons of Fe39.4- xCo40Si9B9Nb2.6Cux were obtained by single rol er melt- quenching method and the duplex nanocrystal ine al oy was obtained which annealed at different temperatures. The static magnetic performance of nanocrystal ine al oys was studies and the optimal alloy was annealed at 490℃.The effect of Cu content was discuss and the result indicate that the nanocrystal ine grain size was refined by in-creasing Cucontent,which improves the staticmagneticper form an ceofnanocrystal inealloys.
