智能泵在正常工作中,会受到计算机指令的控制,还会受到负载变化对其产生的干扰。智能泵随指令和负载调节工作状态是其性能的关键,要评估和提高该性能必须弄清楚智能泵的整个调节过程。对机载液压系统进行了整体分析,研究了负载作用于智能泵的原理,在AMESim软件中用外力和节流作用模拟负载,对智能泵的工作过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:智能泵对指令和负载作用的变化有良好的调节效果,由这两种调节效果可以方便地评估出智能泵性能的优劣,为提高其性能打下了基础。

When the intelligent pump working normally,it will be controlled by computer instruction and be disturbed to its op-eration by the change of load. It is the key performance that the pump transformed its working status according to the computer instruc-tion and the load. In order to estimate and improve this performance,the overall adjustment process of intelligent pump was surely nee-ded to understand. Aircraft carried hydraulic system was entirety analyzed,and the theory of load impact on intelligent pump was stud-ied. The working process of intelligent pump was simulated by using external force and throttle to imitate the load in the AMESim soft-ware. Simulation results show intelligent pump can well adjust to the change of instruction and load. Since the effect of two kinds of ad-justing can expediently estimate intelligent pump's performance,it has done the groundwork for advancing its performance.
