根据双螺杆泵螺杆转子端面型线方程,建立基本的铣刀刀刃廓形方程,利用Matlab软件对设计刀具过程中的三角超越方程等非线性方程进行求解,得到一系列有效的廓形离散点数据。对于铣刀廓形求解过程中,因工件廓形尖点的存在而导致铣刀廓形出现刃形分离现象进行研究,以准确求解铣刀刃形。
根據雙螺桿泵螺桿轉子耑麵型線方程,建立基本的鐉刀刀刃廓形方程,利用Matlab軟件對設計刀具過程中的三角超越方程等非線性方程進行求解,得到一繫列有效的廓形離散點數據。對于鐉刀廓形求解過程中,因工件廓形尖點的存在而導緻鐉刀廓形齣現刃形分離現象進行研究,以準確求解鐉刀刃形。

According to transverse profile equation of twin-screw pump’s screw armature,the basic milling cutter blade profile e-quation was established. By using Matlab software,the nonlinear equation,such as trigonometric functions in the processing of design the cutter were solved,and a series of effective discrete profile points’data were gotten. For process of solving milling cutter profile,it is studied that the separation phenomenon of the cutter blade appeared as a result of the workpiece with sharp point profile,so as to solve the cutter blade profile exactly.
