通过基于标准的κ-ε方程湍流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法求解N-S方程,利用CFD滑移网格技术对螺杆压缩机整机工作过程进行非定常数值模拟。对螺杆压缩机从吸气、压缩到排气整个工作过程的压力分布、温度分布、速度分布以及吸、排气座回流、涡流分布情况进行了分析。从而为螺杆压缩机吸、排气口设计以及优化提供了参考。

통과기우표준적κ-ε방정단류모형,채용SIMPLEC산법구해N-S방정,이용CFD활이망격기술대라간압축궤정궤공작과정진행비정상수치모의。대라간압축궤종흡기、압축도배기정개공작과정적압력분포、온도분포、속도분포이급흡、배기좌회류、와류분포정황진행료분석。종이위라간압축궤흡、배기구설계이급우화제공료삼고。
Based on the standard turbulence model of κ-ε equation,SIMPLEC algorithm was used to solve the N-S equation, and Computer Flow Dynamics (CFD)sliding meshing technique was applied to make the unsteady numerical simulation on the whole working process pf screw compressor. The distribution of pressure,temperature and velocity,as well as suction and exhaust reflux and eddy distribution of the whole working process of screw compressor,which consisted of suction,compressor and exhaust,were ana-lyzed. Thereby it provides reference for the suction,exhaust design and the optimization of screw compressor.
