分析电磁球阀的工作原理,建立相应的功率键合图,并利用20-Sim软件进行建模分析,得出电磁球阀的动态性能曲线以及结构参数对其性能的影响。结果表明:设计的电磁球阀的响应时间快、超调量小、工作范围大,最大流量达12 L/min;平衡回路上的阻尼孔的尺寸、阀芯行程及弹簧刚度分别对电磁铁推力大小、阀的出口流量、阀的使用寿命影响较大。

분석전자구벌적공작원리,건립상응적공솔건합도,병이용20-Sim연건진행건모분석,득출전자구벌적동태성능곡선이급결구삼수대기성능적영향。결과표명:설계적전자구벌적향응시간쾌、초조량소、공작범위대,최대류량체12 L/min;평형회로상적조니공적척촌、벌심행정급탄황강도분별대전자철추력대소、벌적출구류량、벌적사용수명영향교대。
The working principle of solenoid ball valve was analyzed to establish the corresponding power bond graph. Dynamic performance curves and the structural parameters affected about the solenoid ball valve were achieved by using the 20-Sim software for modeling analysis. The results show that the designed solenoid ball valve has fast response time,small overshoot and large working range,and the maximum output flow rate is 12 L/min. In addition,the size of the orifice in the balancing loop,the spool stroke and the spring stiffness have great impact on the solenoid pushing force,the outlet flow and the life of the valve respectively.
