针对具有较强非线性的气动阀控缸系统,应用AMESim线性化分析工具,分析了对称和非对称、弹簧和不带弹簧等各种阀控缸系统的动态特性,同时分析了气缸死区体积、气源压力、气缸直径、活塞行程、负载质量、气缸泄漏量等参数对系统特性的影响。研究结果为系统元件的选型和控制策略的制定提供了参考。
針對具有較彊非線性的氣動閥控缸繫統,應用AMESim線性化分析工具,分析瞭對稱和非對稱、彈簧和不帶彈簧等各種閥控缸繫統的動態特性,同時分析瞭氣缸死區體積、氣源壓力、氣缸直徑、活塞行程、負載質量、氣缸洩漏量等參數對繫統特性的影響。研究結果為繫統元件的選型和控製策略的製定提供瞭參攷。

In view of the strong nonlinear pneumatic valve-controlled cylinder system,the AMESim linear analysis tool was ap-plied. Symmetric and asymmetric,spring and without spring and other dynamic characteristics of valve-controlled cylinder system were analyzed,at the same time,the impact of dead volume of cylinder,air pressure,the cylinder diameter,the piston stroke,cylinder leakage and some other parameters on the system characteristic were analyzed. The results of the study provide references for the selec-tion of system components and making of control strategy.
