目的：分析老年患者中成药处方，为临床合理使用中成药提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法，选取2013年第一季度医院门、急诊老年患者的中成药处方，统计并分析科室用药情况、中成药用药频次及用药合理性。结果90%以上老年患者的中成药处方由西医师开具，中医师开具处方仅占6.26%；中成药处方开具的科室主要为简易门诊和门诊干部科；各类中成药出现频次最高的为感冒清热颗粒，其次为银杏叶胶囊，再次为银杏叶提取物片。结论医院应关注老年患者用药，加强中成药处方的审核力度，保证患者用药安全。
목적：분석노년환자중성약처방，위림상합리사용중성약제공삼고。방법채용회고성방법，선취2013년제일계도의원문、급진노년환자적중성약처방，통계병분석과실용약정황、중성약용약빈차급용약합이성。결과90%이상노년환자적중성약처방유서의사개구，중의사개구처방부점6.26%；중성약처방개구적과실주요위간역문진화문진간부과；각류중성약출현빈차최고적위감모청열과립，기차위은행협효낭，재차위은행협제취물편。결론의원응관주노년환자용약，가강중성약처방적심핵력도，보증환자용약안전。
Objective To analyze the prescription of traditional Chinese patent medicines to provide reference for rational use of tradi-tional Chinese patent medicines in clinic. Methods The retrospective method was adopted. The traditional Chinese patent medicine pre-scriptions of the elderly patients in the outpatient and emergency departments during the first quarter of 2013 were collected and per-formed the statistical analysis in the aspects of the medication situation of departments,frequency of traditional Chinese patent medicines and their use rationality. Results More than 90% of traditional Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in the elderly patients were pre-scribed by Western medicine physicians,but the prescriptions prescribed by Chinese medicine physicians accounted for only 6. 26%;the departments for issuing the traditional Chinese patent medicine prescriptions were mainly the simple outpatient clinic and outpatient cadres department;the top two traditional Chinese patent medicines were Ganmaoqingre Granules and follorued Ginkgo Biloba Capsules,then fol-lowed by Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets. Conclusion Hospital should pay more attention to the medication in elderly pa-tients. Auditing the traditional Chinese patent medicine prescriptions should be strengthened for ensuring the medication safety of patients.
