目的:评价复方甘草酸苷与胸腺肽联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将196例银屑病患者随机分为3组,A组64例患者使用复方甘草酸苷注射液80ml静滴,1次/d ,疗程2周;B组65例患者使用胸腺肽注射液80mg 静滴,1次/d ,疗程2周;C组67例联合使用复方甘草酸苷注射液和胸腺肽注射液,剂量和疗程与A组、B组相同,3组患者均给予窄谱中波紫外线照射(NB-UVB),初始量为0.3~0.5J/cm2,每次照射后以不出现红斑等不良反应的前提下增加原剂量的10%~20%,隔日照射1次,10次为1个疗程,平均住院20d。结果:C组有效率为85.07%,显著高于A组(57.81%)和B组(61.54%)。结论:复方甘草酸苷与胸腺肽联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著。

목적:평개복방감초산감여흉선태연합착보중파자외선치료심상형은설병적림상료효。방법:장196례은설병환자수궤분위3조,A조64례환자사용복방감초산감주사액80ml정적,1차/d ,료정2주;B조65례환자사용흉선태주사액80mg 정적,1차/d ,료정2주;C조67례연합사용복방감초산감주사액화흉선태주사액,제량화료정여A조、B조상동,3조환자균급여착보중파자외선조사(NB-UVB),초시량위0.3~0.5J/cm2,매차조사후이불출현홍반등불량반응적전제하증가원제량적10%~20%,격일조사1차,10차위1개료정,평균주원20d。결과:C조유효솔위85.07%,현저고우A조(57.81%)화B조(61.54%)。결론:복방감초산감여흉선태연합착보중파자외선치료심상형은설병료효현저。
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of glycyrrhizin combined with thymosin and narrow-band UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris .Methods:196 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into 3 groups .The pa-tients in group A(n=64) received the injection of compound glycyrrhizin(80ml) intravenously once a day for 2 weeks;group B patients(n=65) received thymosin injection 80mg intravenously once a day for 2 weeks;group C(n=67) re-ceived combination glycyrrhizin and thymosin injection ,who had the same dose and duration of treatment with the A group B group .Three groups were given narrow-band ultraviolet radiation (NB-UVB) ,whose initial dose was 0 .3~0.5J/cm2 .Then the dose was increased 10% ~20% after each irradiation dose of with no adverse reactions such as ery-thema ,the patients were given irradiation once two days ,and 10 times for a course of treatment ,the average hospital stay was 20 days .Results:Group C’s effective rate was 85 .07% ,which is significantly higher than those in group A (57 .81% ) and group B (61 .54% ) .Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin combined with thymosin and narrow-band UVB is significantly effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris .
