在 vxWorks 嵌入式实时操作系统下，硬件采用 PC104，实现了网络和串口的主备份 ADS-B 地面站之间进行信息交互，通过主、备份机器之间的心跳计数器完成主、备份机器之间的自动切换，使得 ADS-B 地面站给监视终端的数据保持连续，保证了管制员对目标的全天候实时监控，确保空中交通的安全。同时提供命令接口供用户强制实现主、备机器的切换，解决了空管设备的双机热备份之间的自动切换。

In order to realize information exchanging between the network and serial port of main backup ADS-B ground stations automatically, the system uses the vxWorks embedded real-time operating systems and PC104 hardware. By monitoring heartbeat counter between primary and backup ground station, it realizes automatical switch between the primary and backup, making ADS-B ground stations to maintain continuous data, monitoring terminals to ensure the controller clock real-time monitoring of targets and ensure the safety of air traffic. It also provides command interface to the user to enforce standby machine switching. It solves automatical switch double hot backup between ATC equipments.
