为了提高应急信息系统模型的语义基础,提出了一种基于 Petri 网的应急预案流程的建模方法。以 ABC 模型为上位本体建立了应急预案流程本体,提出了应急预案流程的 Petri 网建模过程,并定义了应急预案流程中本体和层次 Petri 网的映射规则。使用该方法对某公路桥梁抢修应急预案流程进行 Petri 网建模,并通过仿真分析验证了建模方法的有效性。

In order to improve the semantic basis of emergency response information systems, an emergency plan process modeling method has been proposed. First, emergency plan process ontology is designed by using ABC model as upper ontology. And the Petri nets modeling process is described on the basis of the emergency plan process ontology. Especially, the mapping rules between ontology and Petri nets are also defined. Finally, the Petri nets model of an emergency repair plan for incident of road and bridge is established by using this modeling method, and the simulation is completed to validate this modeling method.
