针对国内北斗行业的发展,介绍了一种适用于北斗 B3频段的低噪声放大器的设计原理和设计方法,并给出了设计结果。为了达到更好的增益,采用了3级级联的方式。最终设计出的低噪声放大器在 B3频段内的增益为(40±0.5)dB,输入驻波系数小于1.5,输出驻波系数小于1.2,噪声系数小于1 dB ,在全频段内无条件稳定。

Aiming at the development of BD, the article describes a design principle and method of a low-noise amplifier which is suitable for BD′s B3 band and the design results are gave. To achieve better gain, it uses three cascaded manner. Finally, the low-noise amplifier designed has gain of (40±0.5)dB in B3 band, the input VSWR is less than 1.5, the output VSWR is less than 1.2, the noise figure is less than 1dB, and it has unconditional stability in the whole band.
