目的：探讨护理干预对鼻咽癌患者放疗后并发症的影响。方法通过对放疗科收治的118例鼻咽癌患者进行随机分组对照，干预组59例，对照组59例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予专科护理干预，通过评估患者的个人需求，心理过程，不良反应等为患者提供护理干预。观察两组患者的生活质量及放疗后并发症的发生率。结果干预组患者的生活质量高于对照组，且放疗后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论有效的护理干预能减轻鼻咽癌患者放疗后并发症，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토호리간예대비인암환자방료후병발증적영향。방법통과대방료과수치적118례비인암환자진행수궤분조대조，간예조59례，대조조59례，대조조급여상규호리，간예조급여전과호리간예，통과평고환자적개인수구，심리과정，불량반응등위환자제공호리간예。관찰량조환자적생활질량급방료후병발증적발생솔。결과간예조환자적생활질량고우대조조，차방료후병발증발생솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론유효적호리간예능감경비인암환자방료후병발증，제고생활질량。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the complications after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma .Methods 118 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into intervention group ( 59 cases ) and control group ( 59 cases ) .During the control group received routine nursing , and the intervention group treatment for patients by assessing the patient 's individual needs , mental process , and adverse reaction etc .We observed the quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment .Results The quality of life in the control group was significantly higher than that in the intervention group , and the adverse effects of radiotherapy in the control group have significantly reduced compared with the intervention group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusions Effective nursing intervention can prevent and reduce the adverse effects of radiotherapy , and effectively improve the patient's quality of life .
