目的:为了解赣南地区大学生性态度、性行为及性健康教育现状,为开展相应性健康教育提供参考依据。方法随机抽取919名赣南地区在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果绝大多数同学对婚前性行为持中立的态度,半数的调查对象有恋爱经历,12.9%的调查对象曾有过性行为,47.2%的调查对象不了解避孕工具的使用,性健康知识获取方式主要为网络、色情影视作品等非正规途径,多数调查对象未曾接受来自学校的性健康知识教育,少数同学对同性恋、手淫等存在误解。结论高校应根据现阶段大学生性态度、性行为及性健康教育现状的特点,加强和重视并有针对性的开展性健康知识教育。

Objective To understand sexual attitude , sexual behavior and sexual health education of university students in Gannan area , and to provide a basis for carrying out a sexual health education for the act of intervening.Methods Using random sampling to take 919 undergraduates as objects of study for the questionnaire investigation .Results Most of the students hold the neutral attitude towards premarital sexual behavior, half of the investigation object had love experience , 12.9% of the respondents has had sexual behaviors, 47.2% of the respondents do not understand the use of contraceptives , sexual health knowledge acquisition is mainly for the network , pornographic films and other non formalchannels , most respondents did not accept the sexual health education from school , a few students misconceptions about homosexuality , masturbation. Conclusions According to the students'sexual attitude , sexual behavior and sexualhealth education , universities should strengthen the importance and targeted for the sexual health education .
