Ginkgo biloba extract%NaNO2%Blocking
目的:探讨银杏叶提取物阻断小鼠体内N-亚硝基化合物合成的作用,为银杏叶提取物的抗氧化能力和免疫抑制作用提供实验依据。方法灌胃给予小鼠生理盐水、亚硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠+低浓度EGb、亚硝酸钠+中浓度EGb、亚硝酸钠+高浓度EGb,所有小鼠分笼饲养,2周实验后提取各组小鼠血清和肝脏,-20℃保存,检测小鼠MDA、SOD及GSH等指标。结果 NaNO2组的平均肝重及肝/体重比均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);Low EGb、Middle EGb组的平均肝重及肝/体重比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);High EGB 组的平均肝重及肝/体重比略高于对照组,无统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论 EGB能降低小鼠血清MDA含量,同时能提高血清SOD和GSH活性,提高机体抗氧化能力。

목적:탐토은행협제취물조단소서체내N-아초기화합물합성적작용,위은행협제취물적항양화능력화면역억제작용제공실험의거。방법관위급여소서생리염수、아초산납、아초산납+저농도EGb、아초산납+중농도EGb、아초산납+고농도EGb,소유소서분롱사양,2주실험후제취각조소서혈청화간장,-20℃보존,검측소서MDA、SOD급GSH등지표。결과 NaNO2조적평균간중급간/체중비균명현고우대조조(P<0.01);Low EGb、Middle EGb조적평균간중급간/체중비고우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);High EGB 조적평균간중급간/체중비략고우대조조,무통계학의의( P >0.05)。결론 EGB능강저소서혈청MDA함량,동시능제고혈청SOD화GSH활성,제고궤체항양화능력。
Objective To investigate the inhibiting effect of EGB extract on composing of N-nitroso compound in mice , and provide an experimental basis for the EGB extract 's antioxidant ability and immunesuppression .Methods Administrated mice with normal saline , NaNO2, NaNO2 +low concentration EGB, NaNO2+middle concentration EGB , NaNO2+high concentration EGB .All mice were housed separately in standard solid state .After 2 weeks,we detected the concentration of MDA , SOD and GSH in serum and liver tissue.Results The liver weight and liver/body weight ratio in NaNO2administrated groups were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01).The liver weight and liver/body weight ratioof low concentration EGB and middle concentration EGBgroup were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The liver weight and liver/body weight ratioof high concentration EGBgroup were higher than the control group , but present no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions EGB can reduce the concentration of MDA in serum , increase the activity of SOD and GSH , and improve antioxidant capacity .
