金属Co因其特殊的物理化学性质而被广泛研究及应用。利用固体透氧膜(solid oxygen ionic membrane,简称 SOM)法对 Co3 O4直接电解制备金属Co进行了研究,并考察了压片压力、烧结温度以及电解时间对实验的影响。结果表明,压片压力越大,烧结温度越高,阴极片孔隙率越小。同时随着压片压力的增大,电解产物中 Co 颗粒尺寸减小。2 g 的 Co3 O4粉末经过10 MPa压制成型并于900℃下烧结4 h后,在1000℃下经4 V的电压电解2 h 即可得到纯的金属Co。

Metal cobalt had been widely studied and applied because of its special physical and chemical proper-ties.In this paper,the preparation of cobalt direct from cobaltosic oxide by the solid oxygen ionic membrane (SOM)method has been studied.The influences of the pressed pressure,sintering temperature and electrolysis time on experiment had been investigated.The results showed that the porosity of the Co3 O4 pellet decreases with increasing the pressed pressure and sintering temperature.Furthermore,the particle size of the electroly-sis products decreases with the increase of the pressed pressure.2 g Co3 O4 pellet pressed under 10 MPa and sin-tered at 900 ℃ for 4 h can be electrolyzed to pure Co within 2 h at 1 000 ℃ and 4 V.
