目的：分析辽宁省2010-2013年疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统中临床诊断为过敏性皮疹病例的发病特征，为预防接种异常反应过敏性皮疹的诊断提供参考。方法收集全国预防接种异常反应信息管理系统中辽宁省2010-2013年临床诊断符合过敏性皮疹的个案数据，采用描述性方法进行分析。结果辽宁省2010-2013年报告过敏性皮疹168例，占93.45%；70.24%为＜1岁儿童，70.83%在接种1 d内发生，68.45%发生在第1剂次接种后。预防接种后过敏性皮疹总发生率为4.95/100万剂。结论2010-2013年辽宁省报告预防接种异常反应中，过敏性皮疹为主要异常反应，常发生在小年龄组儿童，发生于接种1d内、第1剂次。
목적：분석요녕성2010-2013년의사예방접충이상반응신식관리계통중림상진단위과민성피진병례적발병특정，위예방접충이상반응과민성피진적진단제공삼고。방법수집전국예방접충이상반응신식관리계통중요녕성2010-2013년림상진단부합과민성피진적개안수거，채용묘술성방법진행분석。결과요녕성2010-2013년보고과민성피진168례，점93.45%；70.24%위＜1세인동，70.83%재접충1 d내발생，68.45%발생재제1제차접충후。예방접충후과민성피진총발생솔위4.95/100만제。결론2010-2013년요녕성보고예방접충이상반응중，과민성피진위주요이상반응，상발생재소년령조인동，발생우접충1d내、제1제차。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of anaphylactic rash after immunization in Liaoning, by using the Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI) information management system from 2010 to 2013;and to provide evidence for standardization of diagnosis of anaphylactic rash. Methods Data of anaphylactic rash cases reported from 2010 to 2013 were collected by using the national AEFI information management system. The descriptive methodology was used. Results 168 anaphylactic rash cases were reported (93.45%). Among these 168 cases, 70.24% were ≤1 year old, and 68.45%of them had the rash after the ifrst dose of immunization and 70.83%within 1 d after immunization. The estimated rate were 4.95 per million doses. Conclusion Most of anaphylactic rash cases in this study were abnormal reaction. It commonly occurred in small age group, within 1 d after immunization and the ifrst dose.
