目的：探究硫普罗宁治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2012年1月-2013年12月收治的200例非酒精性脂肪肝患者，将患者完全随机均分为实验组和对照组两组，对实验组患者采取硫普罗宁治疗，对对照组患者采取常规井底丹参、静推维生素 C 进行治疗，治疗时间为3个月。对两组患者治疗前后的影像学检查结果、血清转氨酶水平及血脂等水平进行对比分析。结果：实验组患者治疗后的血清转氨酶水平、总胆固醇含量及三酰甘油水平相比于对照组更接近正常水平，两组差异比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：硫普罗宁治疗非酒精性脂肪肝治疗效果显著，安全性高，值得在临床范围内大力推广。
목적：탐구류보라저치료비주정성지방간적림상료효。방법：선취본원2012년1월-2013년12월수치적200례비주정성지방간환자，장환자완전수궤균분위실험조화대조조량조，대실험조환자채취류보라저치료，대대조조환자채취상규정저단삼、정추유생소 C 진행치료，치료시간위3개월。대량조환자치료전후적영상학검사결과、혈청전안매수평급혈지등수평진행대비분석。결과：실험조환자치료후적혈청전안매수평、총담고순함량급삼선감유수평상비우대조조경접근정상수평，량조차이비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：류보라저치료비주정성지방간치료효과현저，안전성고，치득재림상범위내대력추엄。
Objective: To explore the sulfur profumo better clinical curative effect for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: randomly selected from our hospital in January 2012-December 2013 200 cases of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, all patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, two groups of experimental group patients treated with sulfur ning on the street, to control patients taking conventional downhole salvia miltiorrhiza, static push vitamin C treatment, treatment for 3 months. The imaging results of two groups of patients before and after treatment, serum transaminase and blood lipid levels were analyzed. Results: the experimental group after treatment in patients with serum transaminase level, total cholesterol levels and three acyl glycerin level compared with the control group is closer to normal levels, differences between the two groups are statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion: sulfur profumo better treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease treatment effect is remarkable, high safety, worth promoted in clinical scope.
